Before the day
Your MyWedi space starts as a digital wedding invitation: a cover photo of the two of you, your names, a countdown, the date, the ceremony and the reception on a map, the dress code and the day’s schedule. Guests open it from WhatsApp, e-mail or the QR code on a printed card, and tap “Add to calendar”. Pick a theme with your colours and font.
The wedding RSVP asks what you need to know: yes, maybe or no, adults and children, a meal from your menu and any allergies. Reminder e-mails go to those who haven’t answered, the totals add up as replies arrive, and a CSV is ready for the venue. Your gift details sit in the same place, with a copy button for the bank account and a gift list guests reserve from without anyone seeing who.
Meanwhile the private feed fills with wishes and old photos of the couple, with each guest’s role under their name: best man, maid of honour, bride’s family.
On the day
Put the QR code on the tables, at the ceremony entrance and on the welcome sign. Guests scan it, type their name once and upload photos and videos in full quality, iPhone HEIC and long videos included. The feed follows the parts of the day, so the ceremony, the reception and the party each keep their own moments.
At the reception the live photo wall shows new photos on the venue screen or projector. Stories catch the quick moments, guests send song requests and vote while the DJ watches the list, and between courses you can open a quiz or a poll about the two of you. Co-hosts look after it all, so you don’t have to.
After the day
Everything stays in one album, your photographer’s upload next to the guests’ shots. Download everything as a ZIP, and keep every written and voice wish in a wishbook PDF to print. On Signature a highlight video tells the day in a few minutes.
Every tradition, every size
No two weddings follow the same script. Some have a ceremony for a few close family members and a party for hundreds, others are one long day for sixty friends. Often more guests come to the ceremony than to the dinner, so put a QR code there as well as at the reception. Give each part of your celebration its own place in the schedule, from a welcome dinner or a henna night to the day-after brunch, and its photos stay together. Turn your own customs into photo challenges, whether that is the first dance, a cultural dance or a moment only your families understand. Guests flying in from several countries find everything in one link. Marrying abroad? See the page on destination weddings.
