Every guest’s photos, in one album
At most events the photos end up everywhere: some in a WhatsApp group, some on public stories, most still on the guests’ phones a year later. With MyWedi guests scan your QR code, type their name once and send what they took straight into your album.

How guests use it
Guests point the phone camera at the code on a table card or a poster and tap the link. It works with the built-in camera on iPhone and Android, so nobody needs a QR app. They pick photos and videos from the camera roll or take new ones and tap send.
Files go up in full quality. iPhone photos in HEIC and long videos are accepted as they are, so guests never have to convert anything or change settings.
How hosts use it
Everything guests send appears in your album and in the feed, sorted into the parts of the day. Your photographer can upload too, so the professional shots sit next to the guests’ ones. From Essential, download everything as a ZIP when it is over.
On Story, show the uploads as they arrive on the live photo wall.
Tips
- Place codes where guests wait: the ceremony entrance, the welcome drinks and every table.
- Print table cards at least A6 so the code is easy to scan from a seat.
- Ask the DJ to mention the album once during the evening. It makes a real difference.
- Add photo challenges to keep guests shooting all night.
