How it works

From QR code to a full album in four steps

    Create your event and invitation

    Choose the occasion, add your names, the date, the venue and the schedule of the day, and pick a theme. It takes a few minutes, and you can preview it before you pay. Guests can open it once you choose a plan.

    Share the link or QR code

    Send the link in a message or a WhatsApp group, or print the QR code on invitations, table cards or a sign. Guests open it in their browser. No app, no account.

  3. 03

    Guests RSVP, post and add photos

    Before the day, guests RSVP with their meal choice. On the day, they post photos, videos and wishes to the private feed, in full quality, and new photos can appear on the live wall.

    Keep everything

    After the day, the album stays online for the months of your plan. Download every photo and video as a ZIP and keep the wishbook with every wish as a PDF.

Open a real event, the way your guests will. Post, vote, ask for a song. It all resets every night.

Wedding demo

Before the day

Create your event. Sign up, choose the occasion and give your event its names and date. Pick a theme with your colours, font and cover pattern. You can set everything up and preview it before you pay. Guests can open the event once you choose a plan.

Set up the invitation. Add a cover photo, the venue with a map, the dress code and the schedule of the day, such as the ceremony, the reception and the party. Guests see a countdown and can add the day to their calendar.

Share the link or QR code. Send the link by e-mail, in a message or a group chat, or print the QR code on your invitations, table cards or a sign. Guests open it in their browser and type their name once. No app, no account, and it works the same for a guest next door or on another continent.

Collect the RSVPs. Guests answer yes, maybe or no, add adults and children, choose a meal from your menu and note allergies. Reminder e-mails go out for you, and you see the totals and download a CSV for the venue.

Invite co-hosts. Add your partner, a parent or your planner so they can help manage the event.

On the day

Guests post to the feed. They share photos, videos and wishes, react with emoji and comment, all in a private feed split into the parts of the day. Stories show short moments in the circles at the top. Photos and videos upload in full quality, iPhone HEIC and long videos included, and continue where they stopped if the signal drops.

Put the wall on a screen. On Story and Signature, open the live photo wall on a TV or projector at the venue. New photos appear as guests post them.

Keep the party going. Take song requests for the DJ, open a quiz or a poll, and set photo challenges.

Stay in control. Pin, hide or remove any post, and pause a guest if you need to. Guests can report anything. On Story and Signature you can approve posts before they appear.

After the day

Keep everything. The album stays online for as long as your plan does. Download every photo and video as a ZIP, keep the wishbook as a PDF, and on Signature watch the highlight video. Before your plan ends we remind you, and then the event’s files are deleted.
