Before the party
You have just said yes, and now the phone won’t stop. An engagement is often the first time both families and both groups of friends meet, so start with one link that tells them everything. The digital invitation shows your names, a countdown, the date, the place on a map, the dress code and the evening’s schedule, styled with a theme you like.
The RSVP counts adults and children, takes meal choices and allergies, sends reminders and gives you a CSV for the restaurant or caterer. In the private feed, friends post the story of how you met and the photos you would rather they didn’t, with each guest’s role under their name: groom’s family, bride’s best friend.
On the night
A QR code on the tables lets everyone share photos and videos in full quality as the evening goes on, with no app. The live photo wall shows them on a screen. The proposal video, if someone filmed it, is a perfect opener. Guests post stories and request songs. A quiz like “How well do you know the couple?” gets both families laughing at the same jokes, with a leaderboard for the winners. Photo challenges and event frames with your names and date do the rest.
After the party
The album stays yours. Download everything, and keep the written wishes in a wishbook to read again before the wedding. On Signature, voice wishes and a highlight video make a lovely gift to each other.
Two families, one evening
In many families an engagement is a big celebration in its own right, sometimes with a blessing of the rings, a ring ceremony or a formal meeting of the two families before the party. Put each part in the schedule as its own part of the day, and their photos stay apart.
