How guests answer
Guests tap yes, maybe or no. They say how many adults and children are coming, choose a meal from your menu and write any allergies. They leave an e-mail address or a mobile number so you can reach them. It takes a minute, with no account, from any country.
Changed their mind? They open the same link and update the answer.
What hosts get
- Totals at a glance: who is coming, who might, who can’t, and how many adults and children.
- Meal counts for every dish on your menu, with the allergies listed next to the names.
- Reminder e-mails to guests who have not answered yet.
- A CSV file to send to the venue or the caterer, ready for their seating and kitchen plans.
Tips
- Set the menu before you send the invitation, so every answer includes a meal.
- Ask for allergies even at a small party. The kitchen will thank you.
- Send the CSV to the venue a week before the day, then again the day before if numbers moved.
- If guests are travelling from abroad, send the invitation early so they can answer before they book their flights.
