A private space, not a public page
Your MyWedi event is not a social network open to the world. Only people with your link or your QR code can join, and they type their name to do so. Photos and wishes stay inside your event, not on public profiles.
On every plan
Most guests share lovely moments. Still, you want to be able to tidy up quickly, from your phone, even in the middle of the party.
- Pin a post to the top of the feed.
- Hide a post so guests no longer see it, while you keep it.
- Remove what you don’t want at all.
- Pause a guest who is posting too much or in the wrong tone.
- Guests report anything that looks wrong, and you decide what happens.
More control on Story
- Approval first. New posts wait until you or a co-host approve them, so nothing reaches the feed or the live photo wall unseen. Ideal for corporate and school events.
- Album password, so only people you give it to can open the photos.
- Your own link name, easier to read on an invitation and harder to guess.
Share the work
You don’t have to watch your event alone. Add co-hosts, your partner, a parent, a friend or your planner, and they can approve, hide and tidy up while you enjoy the day.
Tips
- Ask one person you trust to keep an eye on the feed during the evening.
- For a christening or a children’s party, turn on approval first.
- Tell guests in your welcome post that the event is private. People share more freely when they know.
