Before the event
Company events produce great content, but it usually stays on employees’ phones, and the guest list lives in a spreadsheet nobody trusts. MyWedi puts both in one place. The digital invitation shows the date, the venue on a map, the dress code and the agenda, from the welcome drink to the awards, in your colours and font through themes.
The RSVP counts who is coming, takes meal choices and allergies, sends reminders to those who haven’t answered and gives the venue or caterer a CSV. Invite colleagues from HR, marketing or your events agency as co-hosts, and give guests roles such as their team or department under their name.
On the night
Put the QR code on tables, name badges, the stage screen or the bar. Guests type their name once and share photos and videos in full quality, with no app and no account. The live photo wall turns the main screen or a side TV into a feed of the evening, between speeches, over dinner and once the dance floor opens.
A quiz or a live poll gets the room involved: a team quiz with a leaderboard, a vote for the best costume, a question for the speaker. Song requests give the DJ a list, stories catch the moments, and photo challenges like “your whole team in one photo” bring people together. Event frames put your logo and the date on photos guests save.
Control a company needs
With privacy and moderation, nothing reaches the feed or the wall until you approve it, an album password keeps an internal event internal, and you can hide or remove a post or pause a guest at any time. Guests can report anything they think shouldn’t be there.
After the event
Download everything and hand the best photos to marketing for the newsletter, the intranet and social media. On Signature, a highlight video is ready for the next all-hands, and there is no MyWedi branding anywhere.
International teams
December brings the Christmas and end-of-year parties, and many companies hold a kick-off in January. Teams are often international, with colleagues from several countries and offices, so one link that works on every phone, in any country, keeps everyone in. Guests can switch the pages to another supported language, and colleagues in other offices follow the feed from their desks.
Which plan fits
Story (€119), our most chosen plan, suits most company events: live wall, quiz and polls, approval first, an album password, your own link name, frames and two co-hosts. Signature (€219) adds no MyWedi branding, voice wishes, the highlight video and unlimited co-hosts. Essential (€89) covers a simple team day with RSVP, stories and songs. Prices include VAT and are paid once, online for three months, €30 more for six or €60 more for twelve.
