You don’t have to do it alone
On the day you want to be dancing, not checking your phone. Co-hosts help you run your event: your partner, a parent, the best man or maid of honour, a friend you trust or your event planner.
Co-hosts are included from the Essential plan: one on Essential, two on Story and as many as you like on Signature. See pricing.
What co-hosts do
- Edit the invitation and the schedule of the day.
- Follow the RSVP answers and send the numbers to the venue.
- Keep the feed tidy: pin, hide and remove posts, and on Story approve them first. See privacy and moderation.
- Pass the song requests to the DJ and open the quiz at the right moment.
Photographer upload
Your photographer can upload straight into your event, so the professional photos sit next to the guests’ ones and are part of what you download.
Guest roles
Under each guest’s name in the feed you can show their role: bride, groom, best man, maid of honour, bride’s family, godparent, parents and more. The list follows the occasion, so a christening has godparents and a corporate event has its own, and you can add roles of your own.
At big weddings, and at destination weddings where two families from different countries meet, many guests don’t know each other. Roles help everyone see who is family, who is the best man and who stood beside the couple.
Tips
- Give the co-host role to someone who will be at the venue all evening.
- Agree who checks the feed and who handles the DJ before the day.
- Add roles before you send the invitation so names show correctly from the first post.
